See how close you are to receiving your package by tracking your order using any of the following channels:
- Mobile App
- On the side menu, click on "Order Tracking".
- Order details of your latest order will be displayed with item level order statuses.
- Scroll further down to view the list of your older orders. Click on each order to expand for tracking details.
Go to our site Header, hover over "Menu" > click on "TRACK MY ORDERS".
A. If you are NOT logged in:
1. Key in your order number (9-digit)
2. If your package has been shipped, there would be a live tracking link where you can access detailed information about your order status.
B. If you are logged in:
1. Scroll down to the order and click on "TRACK PACKAGE"
