Misplaced your return slip or return label? Fear not! We've got your back.
Return slips can be categorised by containing items either sold by:
- ZALORA or any of ZALORA's external suppliers; OR
- Sellers (more info on Sellers HERE).
For items sold by either ZALORA or ZALORA's external suppliers, you may download a copy of your return slip(s) via Desktop by following 2 simple steps!
- Go to 'My Account' > 'Orders & Tracking' > find the order number you want and click on 'View/edit order'.
- Download your return slip(s) by clicking on 'PRINT INVOICE'. Please note that this feature is only available for items that have been shipped and may download multiple files depending on the number of packages in your order.
If you're missing your return slip for Seller items or you do not have access to a desktop, you may directly download the return form from HERE.
Simply fill in the form and insert it to your return parcel.
